I’m creating The Wildly Collective for brilliant people who want to do meaningful work differently.
And the dandelion? Remember blowing on a dandelion clock and making a wish? Its seeds carry dreams, possibility and hope for what might come next. For me, that’s Wildly… giving our dreams space to take flight and creating a life that feels wildly your own.
So, what is The Wildly Collective?
The next chapter of my life and work.
It’s where everything I’ve learned from 25 years in business meets everything life has taught me about being human.
Why Wildly?
Because there’s more to life and work than getting through the list.
Too many brilliant people are surviving instead of thriving. Too many great ideas are trapped inside PowerPoint presentations. We’ve become obsessed with productivity and performance, but lost some of our curiosity, courage, connection and joy.
Wildly isn’t about being reckless or chaotic. It’s about showing up fully, thinking differently and being brave enough to create something better.

Hi! I’m Sue.
For more than 25 years, I’ve helped businesses grow, led brilliant teams, simplified complexity and made things happen. But Wildly is shaped by life beyond work too: travel, grief, recovery, reinvention, hosting in Arctic Norway and a determination to build a life that feels more like me. One that feels more Wildly joyful, Wildly creative, Willdy connected and in this world where we have never been more connected, yet disconnected, Wildly human.
This is not a job, it’s a joy.
